Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Sales Manager to launch their multi-family reroofing services division. This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, & leading a team of sales representatives and overseeing all aspects of the sales process. The primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the multi-family property industry, including property management companies, contractors, new construction firms, and other relevant decision-makers.
Job Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand our presence within the multi-family property market. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to drive business growth and maximize opportunities for collaboration. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multi-family property sector, including targeting potential clients and expanding our customer base. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to support sales efforts. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to sales operations and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for senior management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales management, with experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory. Well-connected within the multi-family property industry, with a strong network of contacts including property management companies, contractors, new construction firms, and other relevant stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Growth-minded individual with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales and business development. Experience in developing teams and territories is preferred.
