Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Pool Sales & Design Specialist to join their growing team in Lutz, FL. Commission Based Sales Opportunity only with on target earning of over $100k year one!
Job Responsibilities: Conduct “Design Consultation” where you as the salesperson meets with customers and explains the features and merits of pool ownership. After assessing customer needs and expectations, design, and recommend a backyard pool, utilizing professional pool design software. Conduct immediate follow-up to all leads and schedule follow-up appointments. Conduct “Design Presentation” where you as the salesperson present the company, provide differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to prospective customers. Provide a completed contract packet to the business manager for approval. Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite to walk customers and construction managers through job phases. Build referral relationships. Exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications: 5 year successful experience in fast-paced, top-level sales 1 year experience in Swimming Pool Industry (preferred) Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report Pool Studio experience preferred
