Location: Munich, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin or Heilbronn, Germany | Team Size: 8 | Reports to: Team Lead SAM Operations | Visa Requirements: Valid work permit for Germany | Language Requirements: Fluent German and proficiency in English is preferred, written and spoken

Our SAM Operations team in Germany is growing, and we are looking for a new colleague to join us. In this role you will be actively involved in recurring services where you will provide support to our customers and advise them on daily challenges regarding licensing management.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Ongoing support of our recurring customers in the daily operational tasks in license management, such as entering licenses and agreements into SAM systems, payment approvals, preparation of various reports
• Conducting software surveys to gather information and process incoming inquiries in the licensing environment
• Identification of new business opportunities for our customers
• Pre-sales support of the Crayon sales units
• Preparation of customer specific documents as well as close collaboration with the SAM team

Your Competencies:

• 1–3 years’ experience working with SAM tools such as Snow, Flexera and/or ServiceNow SAM Pro
• 1 year experience with large projects in a customer facing role
• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not a requirement
