This crucial role involves providing guidance to our staff, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that all clinical practices adhere to relevant regulations. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, offering constructive feedback to the team, and fostering a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical services.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for the clinical program.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Evaluate and maintain the quality of clinical services provided.
- Offer clinical supervision to staff members.
- Create, implement, and assess programs tailored to meet clients' needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals in coordinating services for clients.
- Manage personnel issues related to clinical staff.
- Type: Part-time/Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
