QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum one-year manufacturing experience, preferably in material handling Must be highly organized, detail and quality orientated with excellent analytical skills Must be self-motivated, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and able to meet daily deadlines Able to lift at least 50 lbs., work on feet all day and use stairs Able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English Must have excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP) Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work some overtime Works well in team environment DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: Maintain inventory storage within cell, ensuring FIFO inventory flow Conduct Cycle Counts for materials (raw, WIP, SA, and FG) within the cell Investigate and report material discrepancies within the cell Remove cardboard and clean up, storing parts in standard configuration within the cell, recommending configuration changes when necessary Inspect incoming material according to purchase order requirements, drawing specifications and product specifications Verify counts on incoming material Manage materials with a shelf life and perform quarterly audits Support cell consumable replenishment (bread-man, packing material/tools, etc.) Liaise with Cell Team Leader, Production, Purchasing, and the Materials Team. Maintain 5S 1 in the cell material storage area Mother/daughter replenishment Pull parts for ECO/material disposition Must be able to use pallet jack Kit and issue material, as required by cell work orders Obtain forklift license Obtain health card for driving truck Rotate to different work stations and different cells as needed If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
