Essential Job Functions

• Lead and supervise all clinical and administrative functions within our vibrant facility.
• Innovate and implement cutting-edge facility management systems that make a real difference.
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all departments to ensure top-notch care and a supportive environment.
• Dive into financial management with flair, ensuring our budget and building census are in top shape.
• Ensure our facility shines with compliance—Federal, State, and company regulations are our playground.
• Build bridges with residents, families, and regulators alike, fostering positive relationships at every turn.
• Embrace the challenge with grace—maintain regular attendance and thrive in a dynamic, sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Bring your seasoned experience to the table as an Administrator or in management—your expertise fuels our success.

Required Education, Experience and Training

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Current licensed Nursing Home Administrators in good standing and currently licensed by the state of AZ
• Experience in management of a long-term care facility
• AZ Nursing Home Administrator License Required
