Our client, an Insurance agency, is seeking a freelancer to join their team in mid-july throughout the end of the year. This position is fully remote.

• Working PST hours from 8:30am-5:30pm PST is a requirement for this role****

This role requires 30-40 hours of work per week.

This role is a mix of hands on creative execution marketing project management.
Ideal Candidate (Please reply with bullet points to the requirements you meet:

• Very organized and detailed oriented with experience managing project management software like Monday.com, Asana, Trello or Workfront: elaborate where, when & how used
• Hands on with exceptional communications, copy writing and design skills can work well in Canva (we dont use Adobe very much): please share samples, portfolio etc.
• Heavy experience with B2B marketing (preference for tech, financial or insurance experience): elaborate when, where and when used
• Heavy experience with digital marketing, specifically email marketing and digital platforms: elaborate....
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours: yes or no?
• English mastery written and verbal?

Responsibilities:

• Manage development and tactical execution of digital marketing projects, including marketing campaigns, collateral development, presentation development, sales enablement, email marketing and social media
• Support Regional Marketing Director in the development of events, including webinars and prospecting/client events
• Participate in meetings with Sales and Marketing to define projects, objectives, resources, budget, and schedule
• Lead production meetings to check in with marketing leads to ensure projects are on schedule
• Prepare reports to support marketing project outcomes

Qualifications:

• 4
• years of Marketing Experience
• Experience working with project management software platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Trello.com
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with heavy emphasis on PowerPoint and presentation development
• Strong experience with digital marketing, including email, social media, landing pages, forms and surveys
• Experience working with Canva and brand templates to support development of banners, flyers, invites, signage, social post graphics and ads
• Familiarity with writing persuasive copy and working with ChatGPT
• Experience with marketing technology platforms, including email automation (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) and social media (Hoot Suite, Sprout, Brandwatch, etc.)
• Familiarity with B2B marketing best practices
• a marketing background in insurance, financial services or technology is ideal
