  • Recommend and help implement practices in project management and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and driven, with a proven track record of proactive problem-solving and initiative.
  • Passionate about your craft and skills, bringing order to chaos and thriving on process improvement.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, production, or operations roles at major entertainment or video game companies, with a history of successful launches.
  • Ability to foresee potential problems and craft creative solutions, staying ahead of the game.
  • Adaptable and versatile, able to adjust your approach depending on various personality types.
  • Expertise in project management principles: defining scope, scheduling, quality assurance, cost forecasting, and budget control.
  • Skilled in resolving issues, mitigating risks, influencing, negotiating, and driving change.
  • Familiarity with World of Warcraft, with an understanding and passion/respect for its community, and its lore. Bonus points if you are a player.
