Creative Circle is Hiring a Communications Coordinator Near Charlotte, NC

We are working with a local healthcare company seeking a freelance Communications Coordinator to support their team.
This is a fully remote role and will be about 28 hours a week on an ongoing basis.
Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, management and oversight of day-to-day internal/employee communications (newsletters, internal emails, PPT decks, etc.)
  • Work with executive leadership team on their comms needs, including internal memos and announcements
  • Serve as writer, editor and/or proofreader for all corporate communications
  • Help with content, layout and look of corporate PowerPoint decks
Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • 1 years of communications experience, preferably in the healthcare space
  • Experience with working with executives
  • Able to work cross-functionally and hands-on
  • Manage multiple high priority tasks in a fast environment
  • Must be a self starter and able to work independently
  • Experience creating and editing PowerPoint decks is a plus!
