Our Telecommunications client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to join their team in a contract-to-hire capacity This position can be hybrid during the contract phase, but fully on-site upon conversion. Local candidates to Englewood, CO only. Our client is a full-service, in-house ad agency focused on delivering high-impact creative grounded in business knowledge, creative expertise and an invested passion for our brands. Our award-winning team is one of the largest internal creative teams in Denver.
Job SummaryThey are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic creative team. You will strive to solve business problems with impactful creative. You will be in the middle of the account and creative teams making sure things get done. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, plan and manage all steps in the project lifecycle. You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure we churn out quality creative to help support departments across the enterprise.

You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure we churn out quality creative to help support departments across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Communication: You facilitate conversations and make people talk to each other, and eliminate ambiguity. You are curious and seek to understand the why behind decisions and guidance from the team and clients.
- Schedules and Timelines: You know how to build a timeline, keep things on track and manage expectations along the way.
- Review and Approval: You help manage and track the planning, design, approval and production processes for each project.
- Clients and Account Managers: You can work with cross-functional teams.
- Logistics: You make sure things run on time and coordinate things to make the teams life easier and more organized. Setting up kickoffs, running point on the tools our team uses and handling all legal agreements and contracts.
- Resources: You figure out what we need and how to get it in place.
- Assets: In charge of asset management of your project(s).
- You will strive to solve business problems with impactful creative.
- You will be in the middle of the account and creative teams making sure things get done.
- You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, plan and manage all steps in the project lifecycle.
- You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure we churn out quality creative to help support departments across the enterprise.
- Undergraduate degree and 2-5 years experience
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Written and verbal communication is imperative
- Experience working in an agency is a plus
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Experience using Hive is a plus
