Industrial Designer Responsibilities
- Support creative director in 3D modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering, animation, motion graphics, ad- banners, photo retouching, and social media
- Conceptualize and share design ideas with the team to solidify direction and align project expectations
- Model 3D projects from various reference materials, including CAD drawings, sketches, and photography
- Meet all deadlines, budgets, and creative requirements while multitasking on multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines and design standards
- 1-3 years of experience in concept art design; ideally 3D or industrial design
- Bachelors Degree in design or visual arts ideally from a premier school including but not limited: School of Visual Arts, Rhode Island School of Design, Savannah College of Art and Design, Parsons School of Design, or the Pratt Institute
- Must have Autodesk Maya experience
- Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
- Must have experience in Rendering software
- Basic knowledge of ZBrush and ability to adapt to new software programs is a plus
- Animation experience in AfterEffects is a plus
- Solid knowledge of polygon and sculpting types of modeling in 3D Nurb modeling is a huge plus
