Our agency client is looking for a Web Designer to support their in-house digital team.

• 3-4 days onsite, 1-2 days remote/wfh

As a forward-thinking, analytical individual, the Web Designer will act as the go-to expert for building high-quality websites designed to drive results. You will work in a collaborative team environment that encourages you to perform at your best and grow your skills. This position will combine technology and design to create easy-to-use websites for clients. All while monitoring performance and meeting KPIs.
Web Designer Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute front end website design and content strategy in CMS (Client Management System) platforms such as Duda, Weebly & WordPress.
• Increase customer engagement and retention of web visitors
• Build and optimize websites for lead generation and SEO.
• Respond and make technical fixes as needed
• Stay up to date on the latest web design trends
• Understand web analytics & tracking platforms such as Google Analytics
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Digital Marketers and Developers to ensure that tasks are completed on time.

Web Designer Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of Web Design experience.
• Understanding of Web Design best practices responsive
• CMS Platforms; Duda, Weebly & WordPress (or similar)
• Analytical skills and understanding of KPIs for web platforms
• HTML5, CSS, a plus but not required

• Google Analytics
