Our Healthcare Association client seeks a fulltime Manager of Marketing Data & Analytics to join their team in a direct hire capacity!
This is a hybrid opportunity, working onsite in Englewood, CO Tuesday and Thursdays.
Manager of Marketing Data & Analytics Role:

• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities to inform overall strategy
• Oversee predictive modeling, lead scoring and reporting
• Work closely with IT and Finance teams to leverage existing MarTech stack as well as identify improvement opportunities
• Synthesize large and complex data sets into actionable insights using analytical, visualization and data tools
• Build reports and dashboards
• Partner with cross-functionally to assess marketplace and competitors
• Strategize lead lifecycle campaigns and customer journey mapping
• Travel for conferences and other association events

This Manager of Marketing Data & Analytics has:

• Minimum 5 years experience managing MarTech stacks and analytics reporting
• Minimum 5 years experience managing annual budgets of $250k
• Minimum 5 years experience managing annual client revenue goals of $10M
• Proficiency with tools such as Marketo, Dynamics365, Kontent.ai, PowerBI, Domo, CRMs, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads
• Experience with technical problem solving, data visualization skills, enabling data-driven decision-making, streamlining workflows and automation of marketing efforts
• BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar field

Nice to Haves:

• Healthcare and/or Association experience
• Masters Degree
