Our Metrowest retail client is looking for a Fixture Specialist with 1 years' experience for an immediate long term contract; this role requires 2 days onsite and the client is looking for strong customer service skills and previous experience with Oracle and creating purchase orders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Analyzes historical data to determine the needs for project locations and creates purchase orders. This analysis includes reviewing photos, existing site plans and project manager surveys.
o Partners across multiple departments to ensure orders are accurately created, shipped and delivered on time and installed properly.
o Responsible for acting as the primary contact for clients and vendors. This includes communicating in a timely manner, processing additional requests and providing support for installation questions.
o Plays a critical role in providing feedback on quality & delivery issues and supplier performance to ensure the Client expectations are being met.
o Responsible for trouble shooting and closing out any Oracle invoice issues and creating standard purchase orders in Oracle.
o Creates and sends purchase orders for each specific store
o Responsible for making sure that all projects stay within budget.
o Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
o Proficient in MS Office programs: Excel, Word, etc.
o Experience with Oracle and creating purchase orders
