This position may require a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Full time: 30 hours per week
Part time: 20-30 hours per week
- Lead Cooks
- Grill, Pizza and Line Cooks
- Deli and Salad Bar prep
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Prior foodservice experience preferred - all roles
- Minimum of 2 years cooking experience - lead cook, grill cook
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ServSafe Certification
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and menus in a manner in which preserves food freshness, quality and appeal
- Utilize batch cooking techniques to avoid over or under production
- Utilize safe food handling, storage and service techniques at all times
- Support other kitchen employees in assuring that the essential functions of the kitchen are performed adequately and appropriately
