The Accounts Payable Clerk will work on a team of 3 and receive hands on assistance and training from the group
Daily Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:
- Scan invoices daily, data entry
- Resolve invoice and receipt discrepancies
- The Accounts Payable clerk will maintain vendor records
- Enter invoices in system
- Match the invoices sent to the AP office to the PO or debit memo and receiving document
- File invoices into the open invoice system
- The Accounts Payable clerk may occassionally act a receptionist and transfer calls as needed

- Driven candidates, willing to work hard and process 25 invoices per day
- Candidates should have experience with full-cycle AP - This role could be open to recent accounting majors who are eager to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- The Accounts Payable Clerk should be able to start work within 2 weeks
