- CFS is working with a local full-service electrical construction company seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist
- The company is known for setting the standard for excellence in their industry
- The AP Specialist is responsible for processing accounts payable in a timely and efficient manner
- They offer excellent benefits, including: medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and EAP

- Ensure invoices are coded to the correct general ledger codes
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare and process weekly payments (checks, wires, ACH, and Credit Card)
- Maintain vendor records
- Review and audit expense reports
- Handle employee matters related to accounting for corporate credit card purchases
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
