Rapidly growing construction company is looking to add a sharp Accounts Payable Specialist to their team!
The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Controller.
Duties and responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- manage the full accounts payable specialist for up to 125 invoices/week
- manage the A/P inbox and process all invoices
- vendor reconciliations and communication
- oversee W-9s and 1099s
- review and complete credit applications as needed
- calculate sales tax
- other duties as needed
Accounts Payable Specialist Skills and Experience:
- 4 years of accounts payable experience
- construction experience highly desired
- proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
- this position will work onsite M-F
Hours for the Accounts Payable Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibility in a business-casual environment)
