- Process and manage a high volume of invoices in a timely manner.
- Perform 3-way match to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Audit bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all invoices are approved with supporting documentation before payments are made.
- Investigate and resolve vendor/invoice discrepancies effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare and execute payments via various methods (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a focus on high-volume invoice processing and 3-way matching.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Netsuite is a strong plus!
- Tech savvy and excellent written and verbal communication
