ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a fast growing Construction Company to identify an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their team.

OVERVIEW OF THE AR ASSOCIATE ROLE:
- Preparation of AIA requisitions and invoices
- AR Associate conducts follow up calls to clients to assure timely collection of monies due to the company
- Manage the cash application process
- Conduct credit checks on all new clients
- AR Associate handles preparation of weekly reporting of invoicing totals & aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR ASSOCIATE ROLE:
- 1 years of AR or General Accounting experience; includes internships
- Bachelors degree is a plus
- Experience working in a Construction company highly preferred
