- Involved in multiple entities.
- Record payments to customers’ accounts and maintain accounts receivable records for multiple store locations.
- Update reports daily for bank deposits for multiple locations.
- Monitor invoicing and cash collection process for multiple locations.
- Enter payments and update AR ledger by location and customer.
- Proficiency in Accounting/bookkeeping functions
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles, A/R and A/P
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
