Key Responsibilities For Accounts Receivable Manager
- Manage Accounts Receivable Operations: Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounts receivable team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments and resolve any billing disputes.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, aging reports, and cash flow forecasts for senior management.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable function.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
