Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing customer credit and collection activities, including credit review, approval, and cash application. This role will also involve updating the cashbook daily and reconciling bank activity.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be involved in processing claims, collecting money for special orders being shipped, filing Sales & Use tax returns, and assisting with other assigned projects.

Do You Have What It Takes to be an Accounts Receivable Specialist?

Education:

• Possess a bachelor's degree, coupled with 3-5 years of preferred experience in the field of Accounts Receivable, showcasing a solid educational foundation.

• Financial Knowledge: Display in-depth knowledge of credit and collection practices, GAAP, and other financial matters, contributing to the strategic financial success of the organization.
