AP Coordinator
Our client, located in Tarrytown, NY is looking to onboard an AP Processor to join their Accounting department ASAP! They are looking for someone who is flexible, detail oriented and adaptable.
This organization operates on a hybrid schedule . 3 days in office and 2 remote with the working hours of 8 : 30-5pm.

Responsibilities :
- Processing AP Vouchers
- Inputting new vendors into the system
- Going through invoices and sorting them, scanning invoices into the system and attaching to the voucher
- Processing anywhere from 50-100 invoices on a weekly basis
- Preparing for check runs, approximately 600-2,000 checks on a weekly basis
Desired qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Oracle would be a plus!
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
