- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will process daily cash deposits and maintain cash control sheet
- Update accounts receivable ledger by customer
- Obtain and mail invoice copies for customers upon request
- AR Specialist will process daily credit card deposits
- File check stubs and bank receipts
- Research and process customer claims of invoice payment
- As the Accounts Receivable Specialist you will conduct research and process chargebacks, returns, and bad checks
- AR Specialist will answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up
- Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary to update accounts
- Assist with related special projects as required
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- College degree in Accounting or Finance not required but preferred.
