ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

OVERVIEW OF THE AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- The AR Specialist will accurately post daily cash transactions and address discrepancies before finalizing.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations using Excel, ensuring all transactions are recorded.
- The AR Specialist will manage month-end financial tasks, including monthly reconciliations and accurate financial reporting.
- The AR Specialist will handle collections, communicate with customers about short payments, and provide ad hoc support in accounts payable.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR SPECIALIST:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred, or experience equivalent
- Moderate experience with Excel.
