Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist :
- Producing monthly reporting on billing
- Receiving attorney notes and updating files accordingly
- Reviewing for compliance and record keeping purposes
- Submitting invoices to clients through company website
- Following-up with clients for accounts receivable
- Bachelor's degree or experience equivalent (4 years of experience)
- At least two years of experience in a related position
- Legal billing is a plus but not required
