Responsibilities And Duties Of The Collections Analyst
  • Analyze accounts: Determine the risk level of extending credit by analyzing credit information and financial statements.
  • Make collection calls: Contact customers with unpaid bills to arrange repayment schedules or extend payment deadlines.
  • Apply payments: Process payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Create reports: Generate reports using credit data to help inform decisions.
  • Collect documentation: Gather documentation for disputes and unpaid statements.
  • Maintain credit history files: Create and maintain credit history files for clients and account
Experience Preferred Of The Collections Analyst
  • Bachelors in related field
  • 3 years experience in collections
  • Experience with Oracle is a plus
