Collections Coordinator
Location: East Hartford, CT (Hybrid 3:2)
Compensation: $43K-$49K

About this Opportunity as a Collections Coordinator

• The Collections Coordinator can work a Hybrid work schedule (2 days at home)

Responsibilities of the Collections Coordinator:

• Send correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Handle research on accounts to resolve disputes.
• Respond to emails from customers on invoice issues.
• Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.

• The Collections Coordinator will succeed if they have excellent customer service and listening skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The wiliness to take notes, ask questions and learn

Preferred Collections Experience:

• Previous AR/Collections experience, or an Accounting degree
• Previous ERP experience
