Responsibilities Of The Commercial Customer Service Representative
- Handle client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client needs are met.
- Educate clients on our products and services, recommending solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM system.
- 3 years of experience in customer service within commercial business lines.
- Active Property and Casualty license required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
