Commercial Property Asset Manager - This Role has a Hybrid Schedule. The Salary is up to $90,000 Base Plus up to 18% Bonus and Stock. 20% Travel.This is a great opportunity to work for a dynamic and fast-growing publicly traded healthcare real estate company based in Franklin, TN. The ideal Commercial Property Asset Manager will have at least 2 years of commercial property management experience and a go-getter attitude. This is a full-time, permanent direct hire position. Hybrid schedule with flexible work hours. Up to $90k base.

- The Commercial Property Asset Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of a growing portfolio of assets including ensuring tenant/landlord lease compliance, asset value preservation, positive relationship management, compliance with local and national authorities, and assisting with the optimization of asset management business processes.
- Formulate and manage assigned portfolio’s operating and capital budgets.
- Provide analysis of property operating expenses and capital commitments.
- Assist in the analysis of operating expense estimates and reconciliations.
- Track and monitor projects relevant to tenant improvement and capital expenditures.
- Support acquisition due diligence, new tenant orientation, and ensure appropriate site action plans and budgets are prepared post-acquisition.
- Collaborate with other asset management team members focused on marketing, leasing, construction/improvements, and acquisition onboarding.
- 20% travel to sites with team.
- Must have commercial property asset management experience.
- Ability to travel 20% to sites with team.
