CONTRACT BILLING SPECIALIST

OVERVIEW OF THE CONTRACT BILLING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Contract Invoice Management: Prepare, process, and generate all monthly contract invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing for our clients.
• On-site Client Visits: Contract Billing Specialist conducts on-site visits with clients to audit and verifies the accuracy of approved contracts.
• Database Management: Handle additions, updates, and corrections to contract data in the E-Automate Database, working closely with the sales, administrative, and service teams to maintain data integrity.
• Credit Approvals: Contract Billing Specialist processes all credit approvals for the Sales Department, ensuring smooth and compliant sales processes.
• Vendor Liaison: Act as the ITT vendor liaison, managing vendor relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Client Review Information: Provide client review information to the Sales Department, enabling them to effectively manage client relationships and identify opportunities.
• Reporting: Prepare month-end, quarterly, and year-end close reports for the COO, providing comprehensive insights into the company's financial performance.
• Scorecard Updates: Update the weekly accounting scorecard report, ensuring accurate and up-to-date performance tracking.
• Overflow Call Handling: Answer any and all overflow incoming phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service and timely response.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONTRACT BILLING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or minimum of 5 years experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the accounting/finance area
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Contract Billing Specialist must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
