Responsibilities of the Controller:

• The Controller will manage the accounting department and ensure accurate financials
• Consolidating all financials
• Responsible for strategic planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• The Controller will coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
• The Controller will assist with systems implementations (as needed), and will assist with the integration of future acquisitions
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement

What the company needs in a Controller :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar
• 5 years accounting experience
• CPA ( )
