Controller - Hybrid Position

$140,000 - 175,000 Bonus Equity

The Controller will work directly with the CFO directing all accounting functions. This person is responsible for maintaining an accurate general ledger, A/P, A/R, treasury, and timely month‐end close and reporting. This person will also assist with financial statement preparation, departmental budgets, and tax and audit schedules.

• Lead and oversee the month-end close process.
• Prepare financial statements to summarize and forecast the company's financial status.
• Assist with managing accounting, auditing, and budgeting within the organization.
• Produce and manage balance sheets and analyze future earnings and expenses.
• Manage the annual audit.
• Reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
• Assist Financial Managers with budgeting and reporting.
• Assist with billing and tax documentation preparation.
• Work with the financial team to create internal controls and policies.
• Identify solutions to discrepancies in financial records.
