Accounting Manager - Hybrid Role

What is your role?

You will manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

• Month, quarterly and year-end process
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Oversee consolidation entries and technical accounting related to M & A
• Assist with procure to pay system implementation and other special pojects
• Mangae mulitpel high-volume bank reconsiliations
• Capital assets reconciliations
• Fixed asset and debt activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and maintain proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits in assistance with Controller
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures
• Maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Accounting Manager - Hybrid Role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience leading and developing team membersFamiliarity with US GAAP
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting and has scaled or build processes from scratch
• Systems Savvy and exposure to main ERP systems, Accumatica Experience is a plus
• Experience leading or assisting on an ERP implementation
• CPA or other professional designation

Base Salary : $ 110,000 - $ 145,000 Salary 15 % Bonus
