Customer Service Coordinator - Work/Life Balance - Opportunity for Growth - Up to $50k Plus Bonus - This Role is Hybrid Three Weeks Each Month After A Year My client, a leading distribution company based out of Nashville, is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. Permanent direct hire. Onsite for the first year in Antioch M-F with flexible starting times. This role is hybrid three weeks home each month after a year. Great work/life balance. Awesome growth opportunity due to two retirements at the end of the year. Salary is up to $50,000 depending on experience plus bonus.

Overview Of The Customer Service Parts Coordinator
  • Promptly reacts to and resolves dealer’s questions, issues, or concerns.
  • Consults with Sales, Service, or administrative staff to answer or advise dealer/customer.
  • Uses periodic parts promotion program materials to engage dealers and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Receives dealer orders.
  • Reviews completed orders for accuracy and detail (quantity, delivery dates, item numbers, special notes).
  • Stays informed on parts pricing, parts inventory issues, cross-referencing, domestic parts alternatives, and remanufactured/rebuild options.
  • Creates reports and helps develop ideas to continue improving dealer relations.
Preferred Qualifications Of The Customer Service Coordinator
  • Customer Service experience. Parts experience would be a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite the first year in Antioch
