Data Entry Specialist
Responsibilities :
- Data Entry Specialist's primary responsibility will be data entry related to a system conversion
- Data Entry Specialist will be reviewing old information in Solomon and inputting into Sage Intacct
- Data Entry Specialist will set up employees', users, and vendors in Sage - approximately 1000 entries (including employees and members)
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Data Entry Specialist should have high school diploma. Candidate with some college experience or recent grads are welcome to apply
- Previous Sage Intacct experience is a plus
- Data Entry Specialist must have previous CRM experience - Salesforce, ADP, etc.
- Non-profit experience is a plus but NOT required for Data Entry Specialist role
- Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience (VLOOKUP's are a plus)
