Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and support meetings, including attending and taking minutes.
  • Administrative Support: Assist groups in staying on track with their tasks and ensure high-quality interactions and work products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within a team to maintain timely and excellent project completion.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; AA degree required.
  • Required Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years in project oversight and collaboration.
    • Coordination of meetings, projects, and communications.
    • Draft agendas, reports, and various documents.
    • Management of logistics for in-person and virtual meetings.
    • Oversee administrative tasks, including minutes and timesheets.
    • Communications with staff, distinguished external parties, and Board members.
  • Skills: Strong writing skills, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Software: Proficient in Zoom, SmartSheets, Microsoft Office, SurveyMonkey, iMIS, ShareFile, and Calendly preferred.
  • Preferred: Experience in regulatory environments and with iMis, successful remote work history.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to Washington, DC 3-5 times a year.
