They are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional who thrives in a multifaceted role that combines executive support, office management, and human resources responsibilities.
Executive Support to Partners

• Efficiently compose and manage correspondences as needed between clients and partners
• Handle diverse tasks, from banking and travel arrangements to property management and insurance coordination.
• Coordinate executive travel, ensuring seamless logistics

Office Management

• Procure and maintain office equipment, overseeing repairs and managing vendor relationships.
• Supervise a part time administrative staff, assisting with the hiring processes when needed.
• The Executive Assistant will organize office events and manage vendor evaluations.

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant

• Proven experience in an Executive Assistant role with office management experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
