Director of Finance

Job Overview: As the Director of Finance, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our high-growth SaaS company. You will work closely with our private equity partners, executive team, and sales leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and foster sustainable growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, and the ability to lead and inspire a finance team.

Director of Finance Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to inform decision-making.
• Monitor key SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV) and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Prepare and present financial reports, KPIs, and updates to private equity stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales incentive plans.
• Support sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA .
• 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial drivers.
• Experience working with private equity-backed companies and managing investor relationships.
• Strong collaboration skills with a track record of partnering effectively with sales teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, financial modeling, and data analysis platforms.
