Job Opportunity: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Position: FP&A

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000.

Responsibilities:

1. Budget Process:

   • Lead the budgeting process.
   • Conduct monthly tasks including vetting, data mining, and budget checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
   • Collaborate closely with international plants.
   • Assist in operations planning to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.

2. Month-End Reporting:

   • Understand and analyze deviations and variances in financial performance.
   • Prepare detailed reports and analysis.

3. Special Projects:

   • Conduct reviews, completing monthly checklists to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications: Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Plus:

• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, or AS400.
• Background in the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in an international company setting.
