- This role is located in the Bronx, NY
- Monthly billing for contracts
- Conduct monthly analysis and reconciliations of contracts
- Process AP, bank deposits and petty cash replenishment duties as needed
- Complete monthly GL account analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitor the collection of government contract receivables
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports to governmental agencies for expense reimbursement
- Preparation for periodic audits performed by governmental agencies and organization’s annual audit
- Prepare budget modifications
- Complete Year-end contract close-outs
- BA in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience with ERP systems- Aliba or MIP is a plus
