You Will:
- Offer assistance for Windows Server, Office 365/Azure, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, VPN, and comprehensive email support.
- Aid in the oversight of SaaS platforms and license distribution, manage VoIP with Zoom, and handle provisioning of laptops and iPads.
- Deliver support via telephone, remote sessions, and face-to-face interactions to address hardware and software issues across personal computers and mobile devices.
- Provide prompt local and remote IT assistance for Windows and Mac systems, software applications, and various hardware components.
- Manage provisioning, management, and support for cellphones and mobile devices on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Support network and server functionalities, including active directory management, file permissions, VPN connections, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Provide hardware support for laptops, desktops, printers, cellphones, and peripheral devices.
- Offer assistance with software applications and licenses for diverse applications and mobile apps.
- Facilitate laptop provisioning for new hires and hardware upgrades.
- Provide remote application support within a Citrix environment.
- Administer Exchange and Outlook support, including account setup and management across multiple O365 tenants.
- Assist with Office 365 support, covering licensing, MFA, Azure groups, and Exchange management.
- Ensure proper disposal procedures for end-of-life computing equipment.
- Manage Active Directory functions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication of technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
Qualities you will bring:
- 2-4 years of Help Desk experience in a Windows environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, with knowledge of Mac OS
- Experience in laptop imaging, configuration, and lifecycle management
- Proficiency in VPN technologies and VoIP phone systems
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Exchange troubleshooting and support
- Knowledge of SaaS storage security and management is helpful
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
