Job Summary:

This role is responsible for communicating with customers on a daily basis regarding accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Compiles data from customer Purchase Order and supporting documents to verify accuracy of billing data and to accuracy of invoices.
• Compares invoices against customer purchase orders and shipping documents to verify pricing is correct.
• Contacts customers or buyers regarding errors in partial or duplicate shipments, prices, and substitutions.
• Maintains files of returnable items received from or returned to customers.
• Ensures invoicing, bill of ladings and credit memos are accurate.
• Good customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally.
• Organizational and follow up skills.
• Focused and detail oriented.
• Preferred SAGE Software experience.
• Performs all other related and duties assigned by manager.
