Position Overview: Join us as a Staff Accountant! You'll assist property and corporate staff with financial matters under the guidance of our Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and analyze general ledgers.
• Review monthly reports for compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with year-end processes, audits, and tax services.
• Ensure financial controls and compliance.
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Process and audit invoices for accuracy.
• Handle vendor inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of financial accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with payroll and accounting software.
• Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Yardi Voyager software experience preferred.
• ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
