Priorities for the Staff Accountant role include:

• Preparing financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliation, and analysis
• Reviewing and maintaining the General ledger
• Handle payroll processing
• Reconciliations
• Research and resolve issues and discrepancies
• Partner across organization on any ad hoc projects
• Process full cycle Accounts Payable, including entering, matching, reviewing vouchers, and GL coding

Ideal skills and experience for Staff Accountant applicants:

• 3 years experience in payroll, AP, and working in general ledger
• Strong research and reconciliation
• Collaborator and great communicator
• ADP usage is a PLUS
