We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Accounting Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions of the company on an interim basis, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. The Interim Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability during this transitional period and will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Interim Accounting Manager:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review and analyze financial statements for discrepancies and variances.
• The Interim Accounting Manager will coordinate and lead the annual audit process.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Provide guidance and support to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• The Interim Accounting Manager will assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications of the Interim Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience 5 years in accounting or finance roles
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SAP preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
