Job Title: International Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global business leaders, tax, finance, treasury, and legal teams on tax planning and operations.
• Prepare foreign inclusion calculations (GILTI, FDII, Foreign Tax Credit, BEAT).
• Review and prepare quarterly/year-end foreign income tax provisions.
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting, including corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and Digital Services Tax.
• Conduct and share tax research on relevant issues.
• Participate in tax purchase accounting, acquisition integration, and ad-hoc projects.
• Assist in resolving tax notices and audits in domestic and foreign jurisdictions.
• Stay informed on tax legislation.
• Utilize accounting and tax software (NetSuite, Microsoft Office, Power BI).

Qualifications:

• 5 years of international tax experience (Big 4 and/or in-house roles). UK tax experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Bonus Points for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification.

Additional Information

• Salary: $99,000 to $135,000
