Overview of Reliability Engineer:
Develop and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, data centers, servers, networks, firewalls located at company headquarters, branch offices and retail locations
Engage in the entire lifecycle (from inception, design, planning, deployment, operation and continuous improvement) of IT service management of existing and next generation IT platform as well as applications
Provide engineer-level support for the company's data centers, networks, telecommunications, systems and applications
Maintain services and ensure availability, reliability, security, latency and overall health of the company's information systems
Provide capacity planning, change management and emergency response to system-wide issues
Liaison for the IT department and work with functional managers to drive projects (including but not limited to HR systems, point-of-sale systems, LED display board etc.) from inception to completion.
Qualifications of Reliability Engineer:
Bachelors degree
Microsoft experience
Point of Sale systems knowledge
