IT Support SpecialistJob ResponsibilitiesAs an IT Support Specialist, you will play an integral part within our client’s Information Technology Department. This will involve assisting in a variety of IT functions, including working with end users on a variety of needs, and special projects.
Specific Duties In This Role Include
- Support of end-users in person and remotely
- Be able to work with through a variety of projects with varying complexity
- Basic networking and systems upgrades
- Troubleshoot computers/printers
- Break/fix
Specific Wants For This Position Include
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- Managing Windows, remote management tool, and basic networking skills
- Experience with phone systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Servers
- Understanding proper escalation procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with end-users in a concise and respectful manner
